INVENSENSE® CONTRIBUTES THREE MILLION YEN TO THE JAPANESE RED CROSS SOCIETY FOR THE EARTHQUAKE AND TSUNAMI RELIEF FUND

SUNNYVALE, Calif., March 23, 2011 – SUNNYVALE, Calif., InvenSense, Inc., a privately held company with headquarters in Sunnyvale, California, today announced that its employees, along with a matching contribution by the company, have collectively contributed 3 million yen (~US$37,000) to the Japanese Red Cross Society for their Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fund.

The devastation and hardship resulting from the 9.0 Earthquake and Tsunami on March 11th in Japan and to its people have been shocking and saddening and the need for help is still urgent. InvenSense owes much of its current success to its Japanese customers. InvenSense employees and management would like to express their gratitude and solidarity with the people of Japan with this small contribution during this time of need and wish for a quick and successful recovery.
