Description:
The Sr. FA/Rel Engineer will be responsible for failure analysis of new product development and executing on qualification of new products. He / she must also drive corrective actions for reliability improvement and responding to customer reliability questions.
Requirements:
- Minimum BS in Engineering or Science discipline, MS preferred
- Minimum 2-years in a FA or Reliability engineering position in semiconductor devices
- Hands-on experience with failure analysis of packaged IC
- Experience with modern physical FA techniques such as SEM, FIB, EDS, …
- Hands-on experience with data and yield analysis tools
- Fluency in using test instruments such as oscilloscope and function generators.
- Experience writing FA reports and customer presentations desired
- Meticulous about quality, process, and documentation.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Knowledge of MEMS reliability a plus
- Knowledge of analog and digital circuits
